The Honorable Terry L. Bullock (Topeka) is District Judge of the Third Judicial District of Kansas. He received a B.A. in 1961 from Kansas State University and a J.D. in 1964 from the University of Kansas. Judge Bullock is a member of the Topeka, Kansas and American Bar Associations, a Fellow of the American and Kansas Bar Foundations and a member of the American Judicature Society. Judge Bullock is a distinguished visiting professor of ethics and professional responsibility at the University of Kansas School of Law and an adjunct professor at Washburn Law School.
Judge Bullock holds the lifetime professionalism award from the Kansas Bar Association.

Judge Bullock volunteered to conduct the Supreme Court In Review program at Topeka West High School.

 

The Honorable David E. Bruns
(Topeka) is District Judge of the Third Judicial District of Kansas. He received a B.S. in 1981 from the University of Kansas and a J.D. in 1984 from Washburn Law School. Judge Bruns is a member of the Topeka, Kansas and American Bar Associations and a member of the American Judicature Society. Judge Bruns is the recipient of the 1995 Pro Bono Award from the Legal Aid Society of Topeka and was Distinguished Governor for the Kansas District of Optimist International in 1997-1998.

Judge Bruns volunteered to conduct the Supreme Court In Review program at Topeka High School.

 

The Honorable Nancy E. Parrish (Topeka) is District Judge of the Third Judicial District of Kansas. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education in 1970 from Kansas State University, an M.S. in Special Education in 1974 from the University of Kansas, and a J.D. in 1984 from Washburn Law School. Judge Parrish is a member of the Women’s Attorney Association and the Topeka and Kansas Bar Associations. Judge Parrish is a member of Kansas Judicial Council PIK (Pattern Instruction Kansas) Committee and is chair of the Supreme Court Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee.
Judge Parrish volunteered to conduct the Supreme Court In Review program at Shawnee Heights High School.

 

The Honorable Frank J. Yeoman, Jr. (Topeka) is District Judge of the Third Judicial District of Kansas. He received a B.A. in political science in 1966 from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma and a J.D. in 1973 from Washburn Law School. Judge Yeoman is a member of the American, Topeka and Kansas Bar Associations and a member of the American Judicature Society. He is also a member of the Washburn Law School Association and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
Judge Yeoman volunteered to conduct the Supreme Court In Review program at Seaman High School.

 

The Honorable Marla J. Luckert (Topeka) is District Judge of the Third Judicial District of Kansas. She received a B.A. in history in 1977 from Washburn University and a J.D. from Washburn Law School. Judge Luckert is past president of the Kansas Bar Association. She received the KBA Outstanding Service Award, the Jennie Mitchell Kellogg Distinguished Award and the Topeka Outstanding Woman Award (YWCA).
Judge Luckert is a member of the American Bar, Kansas Bar, Topeka Bar, Kansas Women Attorneys, and Topeka Woman Attorneys Associations. She is also a member of American Judges Association and the National Association of Women Judges.
Judge Luckert volunteered to conduct the Supreme Court In Review program at Washburn Rural High School.

Judge Tom Conklin volunteered to conduct the Supreme Court In Review program at Highland Park High School.


The Honorable Matthew J. Dowd (Topeka) is District Judge of the Third Judicial District of Kansas. He received a B.A. in history in 1960 from Rockhurst K.C. Mo. and a J.D. in 1963 from the University of Kansas. Judge Dowd is a member of the American, Kansas and Topeka Bar Associations. Judge Dowd is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
